The CAP Society of Cape Breton County is a non-profit organization that functions as a regional working group of Community Access Program ( CAP ) sites committed to the social, economic, and cultural enhancement of local communities in Cape Breton County through the use of Information Technology. The CAP Society is a non profit organization, made up of a regional working group of 26 full time CAP sites. Formed in 1999, the group works with the community sites to enhance Cap’s delivery of information technology culture and economic development of their communities. The CAP sites offer access to the internet, basic training on the internet, internet searching, email, printing, knowledge and assistant at the site. Rachael MacKeigan is the coordinator of the Cap Society of Cape Breton Hours of operation: Open Weekdays 9am-5pm
